These oversized appliques are enhanced with the help of outline quilting and a deftly selected blend of print and solid fabrics in rich earthy tones. The blanket's black and white plaid border contains additional appliques of balls and bones.

The sturdy tan bumpers repeat the ball and bone appliques and include whimsically rendered images of dog houses. Each section is piped with a rich red plaid and backed with dark green plaid. A gently gathered white plaid dust ruffle and well-fitted tan crib sheet complete the linen group.
