How Do I Place My International Order?
To place your international order (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or an APO/FPO address), write to us at customerservice@babybeddingzone.com for a shipping quote.
When requesting a quote, include the following information:
- A list of all the items you want to order, including the name and quantity of each item.
- Your shipping address, including postal code.
We will email your quote within 24 hours.
What is the Shipping Cost for International Orders?
To find out the exact shipping cost, send us an email at customerservice@babybeddingzone.com for a shipping quote.
When requesting a quote, include the following information:
- A list of all the items you want to order, including the name and quantity of each item.
- Your shipping address, including postal code.
We will email your quote within 2-3 business days.
International orders over $99 get $5 off their shipping cost. This discount will be applied to your quote automatically.
What Items Can You Ship Internationally?
All items on our site can be shipped internationally.
Will I Have to Pay Duties or Taxes?
Yes, you may be responsible for paying some duties or taxes on orders shipped outside the US. Because duties and taxes vary from country to country, it's best to check your local laws before ordering.
For Canadian orders, fees may include applicable HST (13%, for New Brunswick, Newfoundland/Labrador and Nova Scotia) 5% GST (all other provinces), and PST (varies from province to province). Orders shipped via UPS may also include a customs broker fee as well.
All duties and taxes are collected on delivery and are not included in the shipping charge.
How Long Will it Take to Get My Order?
A ship time estimate will be included in your shipping quote.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We also accept PayPal and Google Checkout payments. However, some payment methods may be unavailable in certain countries. Check with the payment provider for availability if your country.
