I loved the website. It was easy to find what I wanted and check out was a breeze. I got my tracking number the next day. I got nervous when I went to track it and it said it was already delivered to the wrong place. I e-mailed customer service and got a respond within 15 minutes letting me know they were looking into it. 30 minutes after that I got an e-mail saying the shipping label was damaged in transit and the package was returned back to them by the USPS (they received it that day), and the package was shipped again via Fedex 3-Day. They are all about customer satisfaction and because of that, my sister's baby shower gift will be here on time : )

I purchased some items on Monday and already received them Thursday. I am VERY happy with how fast the shipping was with it being free shipping. I love every single item I got. I bought a hamper and it was super easy to put together. I am overall VERY HAPPY with this company and would recommend anyone to buy from them.
